When I first started with Laura I was eating 1400 calories, sometimes less and was training 7 days a week, weights and cardio everyday. I was under-eating, over-training and felt like a zombie. I didn’t feel myself, I was always tired but not sleeping properly, always frustrated and agitated when nothing had actually happened and ALWAYS hungry but too scared to eat. I was weighing all my veggies and fitting them into my calories and hardly drinking water as I thought that too much water would make me fat!
I was weighing myself everyday and constantly saying no to going out for food with family and friends as I would either then have to skip a meal that day or would fear getting on the scales the next day.
But now I don’t weigh myself, I drink over 3 litres of water a day, I don't weigh veggies (unlimited veggies are the best), I train 4 times a week with NO CARDIO only daily steps, I now eat with my family, I can go out and enjoy a meal with no guilt, I can recognise triggers, learning how to control irrational thoughts in my mind and I AM HAPPY!
I will never look back now, for anyone else feeling how I did then, reach out! Finding Laura was honestly the best thing for me and my health! My food is up and my measurements are down, I still have a long way to go but knowing I have Laura here supporting me through this journey makes it feel so much easier! Laura gives so much education and gives you a WHY for everything, she is more than a coach and will be there for you every step of the way through all the highs, the lows and the breakthroughs!

HOW THE PROGRAM AND WORKING WITH YOU CHANGED MY LIFE?
I've spent the past decade yo-yo dieting. Not only did this have a really horrible impact on my physical health but mentally I was exhausted, anxious and helpless. This "all or nothing" mentality was something I really struggled with and left me with a less balanced approach and a negative relationship with food. While I had the education on what foods to eat and I knew what I "had" to do - there was still this major disconnect on how to implement a lifestyle that was sustainable and healthy. I didn't sign up to Laura's coaching with the idea of it being a diet - I knew deep down this would be the most challenging journey but it would be the most rewarding. I was prepared to challenge every belief, habit and idea I had in order to create a new identity. I knew it wouldn't be pretty and I knew it wouldn't be a quick fix.
Laura's coaching has helped me peel back my life, layer by layer and assess what no longer serves me and implement habits that really help me. Laura's helped me stop obsessing over food so much and really look at my entire life from quality sleep, morning/evening routines, stress management, food prep, movement etc.
Laura puts so much effort and energy into her clients and is our biggest cheerleader. I have never met a coach who is as dedicated as Laura. I have had the pleasure of working with Laura for the last six months. I remember when I first reached out to Laura, I felt completely lost. I had yo-yo dieted for years, last one being for my wedding in 2019. Don't get me wrong, I lost weight in the lead up to my wedding but then as soon as we got married I gained it all back! Then, unfortunately during 2020, I just completely lost sight of living any sort of healthy lifestyle. That's when I reached out to Laura.
Everything I heard Laura sharing on her social media really spoke to me - here I was in my early 30s - I had no energy, I was sluggish in the morning, I had very poor sleep and my moods were terrible. In terms of living a healthy lifestyle, I wasn't living one at all. I avoided training and I was lucky if I hit 3000 steps a day. And worst of all, I had no idea what to eat, when to eat and the yo-yo dieting was out of control. I was definitely living an 'all or nothing' lifestyle.
When I started working with Laura, it was pretty overwhelming to me. There was so much education and to be honest, I was still looking for a quick fix. But I had to learn to take it slow. At the end of the program it all seems so simple, but back then, I now know I really had no idea.
Laura then guided me through the three stages of my journey. I remember her telling me about the three stages, and you know what Laura, you were bang on! The first stage was just learning the basics! - how to eat, move my body, fixing my sleep and setting good habits! I discovered that I was absolutely under-eating before working with Laura and I didn't realise it. I didn't even realise that I was bingeing either. Laura gave me the tools to teach me how to eat. She didn't give me a meal plan but instead taught me the basics of food.
The second stage, I hated at times but I know was the most important - cementing habits! I continued to reverse diet and
I worked to cement my new "non-negotiables" of steps, meditation, journaling and training. I really learnt to like training in this stage and learnt that for me, the biggest change needed to be a mental stage rather than a physical one.
The third stage, everything came together for me. This was the most beautiful stage (and Laura told me it would be!). I learned how to live in optimal health. I learned how to enter a fat loss stage properly, and I quickly learned that every time I had done it before was not the correct way!
I had never worked with a coach before working with Laura. I never saw it as an investment worth making, which is crazy given all the money I was spending on food and crappy clothes to make me feel better about the way I felt about myself. Instead, I should have invested that money into learning how to live in optimal health.
Laura, thank you so much for teaching me how to live in optimal health. Thank you for being patient with me and taking the time to know what I needed to learn and allowing me to get there with you by my side. I am forever grateful for you and how you change women's lives. I cannot wait to take all my learnings through my life both for myself and for my own family.

I was the biggest yo-yo dieter. I would basically starve myself Monday to Thursday only to find myself binging Friday to Sunday and then the cycle would keep going. I wasn't losing any weight but rather gaining weight slowly slowly.
The biggest thing Laura taught me was how to overcome binge eating. And we did! She taught me how to diet from 1700 to 2600 without gaining a single kilo.
I am finally not afraid to eat. I can finally see the benefits proper nutrition plays in our bodies.
Laura is the most positive, caring and nurturing person I know. She is always so bloody bubbly and ridiculously quick to respond to my messages. Her knowledge has benefited immensely and I am so excited to see how far we can go.

The one thing I would say is the world needs more of Laura. I was in such a dark place before. I suffered anxiety, PCOS and constantly battled binge eating and then would restrict. I would battle the all or nothing but majority of my life was in the nothing. That consisted of binge eating, not training, gaining weight and suffering extreme anxiety. I lacked self-confidence and was even too scared to be naked in front of my husband ☹
Laura started teaching me about the brain, nutrition, hormones and why I kept repeating the same cycle. But the biggest difference is she was there for me literally every step of the way. Whenever I felt a cycle about to happen she would always send me a voice note. Her compassion, understanding and her patience is what drew me to do it. 9 months later here I am.
Eating 2700 calories a day, I haven't binged in over 8 months, I have lost 12 kilos, I don't suffer from anxiety anymore, I got promoted and now I am preparing my body for fertility.

I was so skeptical when I first started because I felt it was too good to be true. I’ve tried so many coaches and diets in the past, all leading me to failure, disappointment and feeling shit about myself.
You helped me change my mindset. I no longer wanted a quick fix. I no longer wanted short cuts. I no longer wanted to be told what to eat.
When I first started I was scared to eat 1200 calories but then would binge until I felt sick on weekends. We even worked out some days that was over 6000 calories on a day!
We always say we want ‘balance’ but we are never taught what that is.

The biggest change in my life has been reverse dieting and understanding how badly I was dieting! Like you said, I cannot wish to take back all my years dieting because it means it wasn’t painful enough to then search for someone like you to help me.
I know I tried so hard to rush the process and get the job done in 12 weeks, but investing into this 24 weeks has been just that. The biggest investment. Thank you for not allowing me to rush the process.

When I first started with you all I wanted was a nutrition plan and a training workout and to lose weight. I didn’t realise what I actually needed was in fact not to diet but to reverse diet and actually learn how to eat again and to listen and reconnect with my body.

Working with Laura is something I should have done 10 years ago.
I guess we don’t realise we are stuck in a cycle until we start to have health issues or gain weight. Hindsight, am I right?
I’m now on my second phase of Laura’s program and am now learning flexible eating but I have so far built my calories to 2650, haven’t had a binge in 11 weeks, train 4 times a week and I can now eat socially without anxiety and this is the biggest win for me.
I was so hesitant when I started because I have never had any luck when on a healthy journey before. I would be great for 8 weeks and then binge for months. Only to find another coach and another program that would repeat this cycle. Laura told me straight out I had to stop dieting. This was hard for me to hear and do but now I am glad I listened.
I highly recommend Laura, she was there for me at all times when I needed her the most. That, plus the education, I believe is why I have come so far. I’m so excited for the next 12 weeks.

I have just finished my program with Laura and have been with her 6 months and it has changed my life.
I was addicted to sugar, skipped meals regularly, would binge eat and I know deep down suffered depression. I had accepted this was as good as it would get for me as I’ve been in this cycle since I was 19 and I’m now 44.
I no longer am addicted to sugar, I no longer binge eat, I eat 2500+ calories a day, I train regularly and can do pull ups, I’ve lost 13 kilos and I feel genuinely happy.
I no longer have food guilt or shame around food. I know my triggers and manage them now. I wouldn’t say I never have urges but in 6 months I’ve learnt to control the urges and now I understand why I have them.
I feel strong, fit, healthy but I feel in control.

I've been struggling with my weight since I can remember, it was always about eating less or try not to eat all for the scale weight to go down. It was always mentally frustrating and my weight was all I could always think of.
As a mum of 4 beautiful children I always put myself last, never had a chance to think about "me". With raising my children, keeping up with the household chores plus being a business owner. My life was just this ongoing cycle. I never ate right, always eating on the go, coffee after coffee and loads of sweets to keep the energy levels up. I had no energy and my period was very short, painful and heavy.
I found myself in a rut and just getting stale and putting on weight, kilo after kilo. I could never understand why, as I was hardly eating just never made sense to me.
I got to the point in my life when I needed to focus on me a little as it was all just getting too much mentally and physically.
I needed a change, I had to change, not just for myself but wanted to be the best version of myself for my children.
I came across Laura 12 months ago, reading about her and what it was all about was exactly what I was after, but I still wasn’t sure whether a mum of 4 kids would still fit in this program. Sure enough, after meeting with Laura she made me feel so welcome and believed in me from day one, not once did she doubt me and promised me we would get through this together.
With almost 12 months being with Laura it has changed me life in so many ways, she has taught me all about nutrition, calories and macros and the importance of foods and meal preparation, along with monthly recipes provided by Laura. It's not common in the Health & Fitness industry that you sign on with a coach who says 'No' to what you ask for help with, most are pretty keen to sign us up and promise the transformation we describe to them; in fact Laura was the first coach who firmly denied my weight loss goals.
When I reached out to Laura it was when I had arrived at the end of my attempts to dig myself from the depths of my physical and emotional health struggles. I had a lot of un-learning to do and what I mean is basically completely re-writing my approaches and habits that had been deeply carved into my subconscious following 10 years of trying to change my appearance. In short, my history saw me spend from ages 25 to 30 attempting to lose weight and change my body's composition, then in ages 30 to 35 using the fitness industry (bikini competitions specifically) to push my aesthetic needs even more. I was willing to pay the price for this athletic body I'd achieved in the way of increasingly crippling bulimia behaviour (binge eating followed by purging and over exercising). Meanwhile underneath the surface I was unknowingly creating a Thyroid condition & troubling hormonal issues.
I even said in one of my first calls with Laura that if the 15kg I gained since quitting the Bodybuilding scene could be taken off me I’d be the happiest person alive. But I cannot possibly be more grateful that I had found someone to put my health and wellbeing in the hands of, who had my most optimal healthy self in her highest priority. Laura's approach made me feel safe and understood, something I wasn't sure I could ever find. Over the length of my time in her guidance I was able to turn the harsh demanding way I previously treated myself, into a nurturing and loving way forward, and as a result my body & mindset started to find a much happier healthier way to exist, even my weight dropped on its own.
It's quite a journey to invest in your mental - emotional and physical health.. but it's a lot easier when you can learn with someone who understands the challenges life presents us & explores the science of habits just how we can re-wire our entire beliefs in ourselves. I'm so grateful to have put in the work and achieved far better than the weight loss I originally asked for, because to feel THIS way is something I didn't think I could get to.

I’ve just completed my first 12 week block with Laura and my mind is truly blown. I’ve lost my all or nothing mentality, I’m moving my body more, I’m eating almost 500 extra calories per day, I’m attending social functions and not feeling guilty about it and most importantly, for the first time in probably 10 years, I’m perfectly ok with the fact I’m not ‘losing weight’. I’m enjoying this phase of building my calories up so so much.
This is a marathon and not a sprint. My goal is to be able to eat more. The time to be in a deficit will come, but for once, it’s not at the forefront of my mind. Laura is one of the most patient and giving people, your very own cheerleader in life. So grateful for all that Laura has taught me and I cannot wait to see what the next 12 block brings (hopefully another 300 or so calories a day ha ha!)

I had some pretty lofty goals and before discovering Laura and seeking her guidance, I felt as though I'd forever be stuck on the dieting merry-go-round after years of yo-yoing. My metabolic health was not happy and I was stuck on low calories but also afraid to increase them. My periods were irregular and PMS was wild.
